Join us for a restorative time of mindfulness, reflection, and community on the farm. Explore mental health practices rooted in presence, connection, and the healing power of nature.
We invite you to attend a special nourishing workshop of learning, reflection, and community set in the peaceful surroundings of the organic farm. This unique and transformative workshop blends mindfulness practices with practical mental health support, offering space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters.
Designed to be accessible, insightful, and restorative the workshop includes guided personal and interpersonal meditation, positive psychology, and reflective interpersonal and group discussions. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find tools and insights to help you feel more grounded, present, and supported in your daily life, as well as grow your psychological flexibility. Together, we’ll explore how nature, community, and intentional presence can support mental health and emotional wellbeing in meaningful ways.
This workshop is open to adults of all experience levels. Just bring comfortable clothes, a journal, and a willingness to explore at your own pace. We welcome you just as you are.
Yoga mats will be provided. If you would like to bring your own meditation cushion, you’re welcome to do so.
We welcome you to the Peace Dome, a space designed to nurture connection, consciousness, and community. This new venue is a home for transformative programming—an invitation to explore a deep sense of wellbeing for mind, body, and spirit.
There is limited capacity for this special offering. Book your tickets below.
