  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Couple and family conflicts

  • Life stage transitions such as young adult development, midlife, and retirement and relationships

  • Relationships, marriage, and uncoupling, separation, or divorce and midlife adjustments

  • Pregnancy and IVF

  • Chronic health issues

  • ADHD and Executive Functioning

  • Neurodivergence

  • Body image concerns

  • Emotion regulation and stress management

  • Grief and Loss

  • Trauma

If you are experiencing midlife challenges such as perimenopause or menopause, seeking purpose and meaning, navigating divorce, blending families, caring for loved ones, or dealing with a family member's mental health issues or addiction, I would love to support you.

In addition to addressing these concerns, I work with clients who are seeking a general improvement in well-being and quality of life.

Together, we'll explore these challenges your needs and wants, and discover effective ways to change or accept what is— in ways that resonate with you. I'm here to assist you on your journey toward a more fulfilling life.

Is Your Family Facing Challenges Affecting Your Connection and Well-Being?

Family therapy can provide the support and tools needed to work through various issues that may be causing anxiety, depression, or conflict within your home. I’ve helped families address issues such as:

  • Parenting struggles, manage high levels of tension, and navigate complex Family of Origin dynamics, including relationships with parents, in-laws, and extended family members.

  • Communication and conflict

  • Intergenerational relations

  • Developmental family transitions

  • Blended families

  • Connection

  • Trauma

  • Grief and Loss

I specialize in guiding families through business succession and conflict resolution, as well as helping origin and blended families build stronger bonds and understanding. Whether you're dealing with mental illness, addiction, or significant life transitions—such as having children, managing school changes, or navigating young adulthood—I’m here to help strengthen your family connection.

If your family is grieving a loss or facing behavioral challenges like acting out, withdrawing, or struggling with school, I offer compassionate support to help you work through these difficulties together.

My work with families goes beyond resolving issues—it is also about fostering personal and relational growth both individually and within the family system.

Let's create a path toward healing and a stronger family bond. I’m here to guide you through these challenges and help your family thrive.

Groups

Group therapy offers a powerful space to explore your challenges, connect with others, and grow in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, or relationship struggles, healing alongside others who truly understand can be a life-changing experience.

In these supportive groups, you can:

  • Share your experiences in a safe, confidential space

  • Gain insights from others facing similar challenges

  • Learn evidence-based strategies for emotional wellness

  • Practice communication and interpersonal skills

  • Build a supportive network and reduce feelings of isolation

Each group is led by a licensed therapist and meets weekly for 60–90 minutes. Groups are kept small to ensure an intimate and supportive environment. You don’t have to speak before you’re ready—simply being present is a powerful first step.
